Carnival Cruise Lines, Caribbean Sailings from Port Canaveral Year-Round

car_logo_125px.gifCarnival Cruise Lines' 110,000-ton Carnival Liberty will be deployed year-round from Port Everglades on six- and eight-day Caribbean cruises starting this November. The ship currently operates seasonal six- and eight-day voyages from Fort Lauderdale and will offer 12-day European cruises from Rome (Civitavecchia) this summer. It will launch the new year-round service from Fort Lauderdale November 19, following a 16-day transatlantic voyage. The year-round schedule will include six-day cruises departing Sundays that visit Freeport, the Bahamas; George Town, Grand Cayman; and Costa Maya, as well as eight-day voyages that depart Saturdays and alternate between the eastern and western Caribbean. The eastern Caribbean voyages will feature San Juan, Puerto Rico; St. Thomas/St. John, U.S.V.I.; Antigua, Lesser Antilles; Tortola/Virgin Gorda, B.V.I.; and Nassau, the Bahamas, while western Caribbean cruises will include Limon, Costa Rica; Colon, Panama and Costa Maya, Mexico
