Norwegian Cruise Line and Bermuda Strike a 10-Year Deal

Saturday, November 10, 2007 at 05:31PM

NCL_ogoTop_blue.gifNorwegian Cruise Line will be calling in Bermuda for the next 10 years.  The cruise line reached an agreement with the Bermuda government to deploy two of its newest ships in Bermuda from 2009 through 2018.  New York and Boston will serve as departure points and the ships will sail at least 22 voyages per season. The agreement also calls for NCL to continue as the only cruise line to sail from Boston to Bermuda.  In 2009, Norwegian Spirit will sail from Boston to Bermuda, while Norwegian Dawn will sail from New York to Bermuda. Also in 2009, Norwegian Majesty will sail to Bermuda from Charleston, Philadelphia and Baltimore.
